OUR SERVICES

Our strategically located refineries at Oral West Kazakhstan Region are amongst some of Asia's longest-standing crude oil refineries, supplying fuel to local and internal markets as well as playing a vital role in supporting their local economies. Between them, our two refineries process over 360,000 barrels of crude oil per day and produce more than 16.3 million tonnes of oil products each year.

Uralskoblgaz Field development

Uralskoblgaz oil and gas field is located in the Tupkaragan district of the Mangistau region. Geological reserves of the field are 106 million tons of oil and over 6 billion cubic meters of gas. The field was discovered in 1966. The Dunga project is being implemented within the framework of the Production Sharing Agreement of May 1, 1994 concluded between Oman Oil Company Limited and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

FUEL

Fuel oil as a residual petrochemical product is manufactured by Uralskoblgaz Oil Refinery, Uralskoblgaz Oil Refinery and QAZAQ. Uralskoblgaz Oil Refinery's Long-Term Strategy provides for consistent oil conversion rate increase at the Kazakhstan refineries that will inevitably result in either reduction or termination of fuel oil manufacturing.

LIQUEFIED HYDROCARBON GAS

Uralskoblgaz Oil Refinery produces liquefied hydrocarbon gases (LHG) at its enterprises located in Azerbaijan - Kazakhstan. Liquefied hydrocarbon gas (LHG) is directly sold by the manufacturing plants, as well as via OOO «SOCAR» through exchange sales.
